St Vincent and the Grenadines had chartered a special purpose vessel to deliver drill rigs for a Geothermal project. However several years prevosuly a cement barge capsized dumping 750 1.5t slings immediately adjacent to the jetty reducing the draft from ca12m to a less useful 8.5m. Intrepid removed the slings using a pontoon, 65t crane and clamshell. They were dumped offshore.
